The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan once told me, “Brother, down is not out, down is preparation for up!” I have etched these words in my brain. It was these words that helped get me through my toughest times in life, especially when I got relieved from my position as the Supreme Captain of The Nation of Islam.

This book is an interlude between Part 1 & Part 2 of my current book series. This is a self-help and motivational book that I hope helps people to never give up. In addition to reading this book, read the Book of Job in the Bible. The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan recommended that I read the verses in the Book of Job because Job was a servant of God and lost everything, even Job’s wife told him “why don’t you just curse God and die!” Job got to a point where he lost everything, he was a rich man, he then got sick and had soars all over his body. But no matter what Job experienced, he never cursed God. Job eventually got everything back and then some because he was a faithful friend of God.

One day, after being relieved of my position, I met with the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and he asked me, “how are you doing?” I told him, “I lost everything, but not my faith!” He then, again, told me to go back and read about the Life of Job. When the meeting was ending, The Minister told me, “Everything that you have lost, you will get it back and then some!”

“For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:”- Job 19:25
